Future Developments in Databases

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this...

I want to find out the future key developments in information technology which will have an impact database administration..to be more specific, I am only interested in the near future, until 2015....

The only thing I was able to find was about cloud computing which is predicted to greatly affect databases....

any other ideas?
