Skill & Job Description (F2F IS REQUIRED)

Business Expertise: Accounting Degree OR CPA OR ADVANCED knowledge of Accounting and General Ledger experience including Cash Movement and the ability to map from GL into another database.
Technical Skills:

5-7 years experience as a Business Analyst with at least 2 years of GAP analysis and strong experience in Business Requirements Definition
Strong SQL query skills
Ability to write Use Case Scenarios
Experience documenting process flows
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Ability to coordinate customization of an application into a new environment in a successful and customer focused manner.
Exceptional writing and communication skills. This person will be directly working with client base and must have a strong, polished demeanor. They will also be assisting with doing cost analysis surrounding the total conversion process. (multiple, on-going conversions) Communication skills should be concise and unambiguous.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Accounting is preferred.
At least 4 years of experience working with loan accounting systems, either consumer or commercial.
Some additional accounting background in previous positions would be a plus.
Good business writing skills and the demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a team-based organization is a strongly preferred
