I'm looking for a PL/SQL Developer for my direct client in Oceanside, CA. The project is 6 months and begins on March 7, 2011.

Specifically, I'm looking for a PL/SQL Developer with expertise in Oracle SQL*Plus. This person must be familiar with encryption and wrapping. Experience with APEX, web services, XML and ODT is preferred, as well as any Oracle DBA skills.

The rate is $75/hr all-inclusive on a C2C.
