Need Progress DB help

Hello,

We have a progress database (I think its a 9.1e?)that we are trying to connect a mysql database to pull live data from. Unfortunately I do not know how to create a user in progress that has rights or what we will need to set up .
We just want to pull the content out of a few progress tables and put it into a mysql table.
Please let me know what your hourly rate is or what you would charge for this job and your current availability to work on it.
