Relevant Experience (Yrs) :Minimum 6+ years of hands on experience in Oracle database and EBS administration
8+ years of IT industry experience in database administration

Necessary Skills hould be able to handle database administration activities single handedly
Should have thorough Oracle database administration skills
Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Should have service oriented and customer focused job experience.
Ability to work independently and as a team member in a dynamic work environment

Desired Skills :Have working experience in publishing industry.
Aware of common database administration related activities across platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities atabase schema architecture
Performance monitoring, reporting and optimization at query, schema, service levels
Install, analyze, monitor, configure, manage, and maintain multiple Oracle database servers and instances
Installing and maintenance of Oracle database and EBS including RAC, ASM, RMAN and EBS R12
Cloning and patching system
Backup and restoration of databases
Support DBA activities in existing database
Integral member of the Technology team with the ability to recommend and implement best practices.
