Network Technician - RAN, Cell Site Performance Mgmt

We have an immediate opportunity for a Network Technician with RAN and remote Cell Site performance management experience for the Atlanta, GA area.

This position will provide remote troubleshooting of cell site related issues with emphasis on sector and cell sites OOS restoration (Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent, Nokia, Siemens and Nortel RAN platforms). Responsible for processing of reports to identify Chronic RAN issues and facilitating timely repair. Escalates cell site outages and facilitates to accomplish timely repair and improve MTTR.

Requires solid RAN experience that includes the troubleshooting and repair of Cell Site/BSC/RNC type issues. Must have experience with a minimum of two of the RAN vendor technologies listed above and as well as an understanding of transport technologies (T1/T3/ATM/Ethernet) RF and Performance Engineering experience is desired but not required. At least 1 year break/fix experience at the cell site level is needed.
