Job Title: Manager of Integrated Business Intelligence

General Purpose: Develop, implement and maintain information management solutions. Manage all aspects of the data warehouse such as data sourcing, migration, aggregation, quality, design, and implementation. Integrate data warehouse with analytical environment and front-end business intelligence interfaces. Scope, plan, and prioritize multiple projects in a healthcare support environment.

Key Duties:
• Manage enterprise data warehouse platform
• Integrate new and existing healthcare-related data sources (clinical, operational, patient experience, regulatory etc)
• Create and maintain analytical environment for in-house analysis
• Develop and maintain data structures in support of front-end reporting and dashboard interfaces

Type of Experience:
• Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack - SQL Server, Reporting Services, Integration Services
• Past experience in development and delivery of data warehousing solutions
• Experience with web-based delivery systems a plus
• SSAS experience a plus
• Healthcare experience a plus

Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong background Microsoft SQL Server RDMS and BI stack(2005 or later)
• Strong background in data modeling and design
• Experience with ETL and knowledge of data warehouse concepts
• Proficient in T-SQL (MDX a plus)
• ASP.NET a plus
• Well developed technical management qualities
• Ability to communicate to both technical and business audiences

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Experience: 5 years
Travel Requirements: 10%
