Responsibilities:

Bonus points would be if the programming was in VBScript, PL/SQL or JavaScript.
Major bonus points would be if they had ever worked with Serena Business Manager (SBM/TeamTrack). (THEY will teach them this –if you have not worked with it)
We are looking for a recent college graduate or someone with about 1-2 years that has some programming knowledge. (In VB script and JAVAscript)


Job Description: Duties and Responsibilities: Designs, develops, implements, and maintains complex business, accounting, and management information systems utilizing Serena Business Mashups. Analyzes detailed systems factors, including input and output requirements, information flow, hardware and software requirements, and alternative methods of problem resolution. Works with users to define existing or new system scope and objectives. Performs modifications to and maintenance of operational programs and procedures. Provides input into the creation of system documentation. Assists users in the operation of the application. Provides guidance to less experienced programmer/analysts.


Required Qualifications: Requires bachelor's degree (in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field) or equivalent and five to seven years of related experience. Must have experience in full life-cycle development methodologies. Must demonstrate good communication skills (oral and written). Must be able to work as part of a team or individually. Must have sound analytical skills used in gathering/eliciting customer requirements and translating them into technical specifications. Experience in one or more of the following: VB Script, SQL, PL/SQL, TSQL, HTML, Javascript, Web Services, C++/C#.
