Job Requirements:



5+ years of experience in Microsoft Access and Excel
5+ years of experience in Technology Systems Operations and Research Analysis
Knowledge of telecom or networking - ideally directly working with either in a previous role
Previous experience with a SQL database is required
Experience in data analysis experience using SQL
Good to have TEM experience and the following type of skill sets:
Telecom Invoice management/payment experience.
Telecom order knowledge with infrastructure circuit orders, ordering systems, PO generation and follow up co-ordination.
Working knowledge of 3rd party Telecom billing systems.
Working knowledge of internal / telecom allocation methodologies and approached.
Experience with any central ordering systems.




Nice to Have Skills:



Previous help desk or customer support experience
