Job Description

Minimum 10 years of experience in providing support in an IT environment including at least 3 or more years in a supervisory role.



Technical skills:

COBOL programming
IMS
DLI
DB2 SQL
IBM Mainframe skills such as JCL, IMS, TSO, etc.
Soft Skills:

People management skill
Prior technical team lead experience working with near/offshore team
Prior semiconductor industry experience preferred
Demonstrated analytical problem solving skills
Good English Speaking and Written skills
Effective customer service skills
Self-motivating
Proactive approach to work
Independent thinking
Process oriented
Good time management skills
