Position Name: Software Developer

Pay rate: 40/hr-W2 with no benefits

Scope of Work:

5 to 8 years of experience.

Can do abstract designs. Understands OOD thoroughly.

Can mentor a junior engineer.

Very proficient with the code development process.

Willing to do sacrifice to get the job done.

Good presentation and communication skills.

Comfortable with system level work.

Can work with other groups (SI and 3PP).

Profound DBA knowledge, Strong in Oracle

Leads by example. Mature and professional contributor in meetings.

Offers solutions when describing problems.

Self-starter, handles crisis well,

Can write Java and is experienced with J2EE, J2ME, EJB, Servlet, JSP, JDBC, RMI, JFC/Swing, JMS, and JNDI.

Can write XML and is familiar with SAX/DOM, XSLT, SVG, SOAP, WSDL.

Exposure in WAP, WML, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML.

Can work on a variety of Operating Systems including Unix, MS Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, CE, Linux, HP-Unix, ScoUnix, Solaris.

Experience with the Ericsson TSP.

A willingness to work on Ericsson proprietary platforms/operating systems.

Willingness to code to Ericsson standard.

Ability to write design documents.

Willingness to support code after deployment.

Eagerness to share knowledge.

Good communication skills, both oral and written. Must be easy to understand.\r\n
