Salary :$90K (with a little wiggle room)

Description

Required Skills:

Overall 5+ years IT industry experience, 2+ years of MicroStrategy development and reporting experience (reports, data access)
MicroStrategy report development including creating metrics, filters, prompts, consolidations, and custom groups
MicroStrategy Report Services Document creation
Experience in Metadata Schema Development (MicroStrategy tool exp. Preferred)
MSTR dynamic dashboard experience
Excellent SQL knowledge and understanding needed
Understanding of dimensional data warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake Schema)
Ability to take initiative and ownership of the tasks
Must have excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with design team, content specialists, and back-end development teams
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
All candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Preferred Skills:

Some experience with MicroStrategy SDK to customize the look and feel of the user interface
Advanced understanding of data warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake Schema, OLAP)
Performance tuning MicroStrategy reports
Experience using MicroStrategy Architect to design a project including creating facts, attributes, relationships and hierarchies
Experience integrating MicroStrategy into portal environment such as SharePoint.
