We are a group of developers who are looking for DBA's who have experience of using Oracle 11g and its previous versions and also have used PostgreSQL.
The reason we are seeking people is to help us in investigating whether its possible to improve PostgreSQL to the point to which it can compete with the likes of Oracle 11g ( ORDBMS ).
The role is for DBA's who have used Oracle and PostgreSQL to work with us at defining the deficiencies that exist in PostgreSQL so that my group of developers are able to create something that can competent with Oracle.
