Has anybody checked HyperOffice (Collaboration Software: Online Task, Document Management, Cloud Email , Mobile Collaboration) as a fully web based, out of the box alternative to sharepoint, exchange and workflows?

HyperOffice appears to compete against Google's suite (gmail, Google Docs, etc) much more closely than against Microsoft's (Exchange, SharePoint, etc). At least in my experience, the Google and Microsoft tools are much better understood, marketed, and supported than HyperOffice has been.
