Hide menu options

When i run my database it shows the menu options how to i hide the menu?

In MS-Access 2000, 2002 and 2003 - from the Tools Menu, select the Startup option and then un-click on the checkbox to "Allow Full Menus". You may also want to unclick the options for Allowing default shortcut menus, displaying the database window, built-in toolbars - as desired for your application.

Also you can put =1 in the Menubar Properties of the Form and report
which hide the "file edit view ....... "
