OpenArgs

It is important that you specify the first Argument (open mode argument) of the OpenForm Command. Try the following command you will always get the OpenArgs value at the other end:

DoCmd.OpenForm "FRM_Find",acNormal , , , , , locFormName

Not true! The Argument is Optional with the Default being acNormal.
