Hi all,
I was wondering if this was possible. Basically i would want my agents to have the ability to click on a phone number and have it place an outbound call on an SIP account. If this is something very hard to accomplish i think ill just have my agents dial the number but if its possible can i get pointed in the right direction?

This could be possible assuming there is an API for the VOIP software you are using...
