Images in Access Database

Good morning,

I was wondering what the easiest way was to add images to a database.
I have found some examples but do not entirely understand how they work, hence my question...

I want to embed images into my database by double clicking on an image placeholder and using a file dialog box to select the image, which is then shown in the record.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Good morning Neil,

The following should provide you with some great information:
Store images in a database - Access - Microsoft Office Online

I'd be concerned if attempting to store large images in the database, as the mdb file size would increase substantially.
Regards,

Ax

The easiest way I've used is AccessImagine ActiveX. It can do wonders and don't require coding.

AccessImagine is much more user- and coder-friendly.

Do you really like that "press-right-mouse-button-to-get-long-long-menu" interface concept in DBPix?
