Turning Multiple Rows into multiple columns

Hi,

I have a table that looks like below

ID Date Job
1 09/02/2011 Job A
2 11/02/2011 Job A
3 01/03/2011 Job B
4 05/03/2011 Job B

I want it to look as below:

Job Date1 Date2
Job A 09/02/2011 11/02/2011
Job B 01/03/2011 05/03/2011

I am fairly new to access so a step by step would be great.

Any help would be massively appreciated.
