Need Help having multiple filterable criteria in a form

Hello, I am trying to have multiple items to filter by in a form with a sub form.

The situation:

I calculate compensation for the sales people in my organization. One of the bonuses I calculate is Key Performance indicators. The sales managers/executives provide me with an attainment. I created a form for them to input the attainments directly into a table. The problem is that I need them to be able to filter by three different things: fiscal quarter, division, and employee. I have created all the parent/child relationships between the form and subform but it still doesnt filter properly. I am using Access 2003 on a windows 7 machine.

Thanks for any help you can give!

Please provide some useful information, such as: name of the table(s), name and data type of the columns, name of the forms and controls, etc.
