Problem in Installing VSTO 2003

Hi,

Can any tell me any way to install "VST for Office 2003" because I am getting an error msg while running setup from MS office 2003DE CD:

"Setup cannot detect required version of Visual Studio .Net on this computer. Before you install this product, you must install a matching regional language version of Visual Studio .Net 2003 or Visual Basic .Net 2003 Standard."
