Question bit of help really

I was wondering if I could get some help about a simple update query?
I am new to access and would really appreciate it if someone could help me out a little.
I have a online store with about 300000 products in it. I managed to connect with an access db using an odbc driver to the sql d/b now I have a table with the products in it that has a unique field for the product number and it also has a stock field, price field,
I receive weekly stock updates from my supplier with exactly the same fields in the form of a excel file (I can import this into the access d/b) I was wondering if someone could help me out with a simple update query to update the stock and prices every week?
Any help would be diamond!
THX

What's the precise name of the tables and of the concerned columns?
