Question Is this an MS Access database?

I need to determine the type of the attached file.

I suspect it's either an MS Access or FireBird database.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Its not a native Access or Firebird format

suggests its some form of imaging or GPS format, but there is no clue in the file if you open it with a hex editor
