Scanning Directly into Access

Does anyone know of a way of getting access to scan an image directly into an OLE field?

It's an Hp scanner. I can scan the image (using the supplied software) and then import it, bu this is a long-winded way. Any better suggestions?

You can right click on the image and most likely be able to insert a scan image directly.

You can also use VBA to handle the OLE-object. See Access help on the topics OLE-object and Action.
