snapshot/subreport problem

can anyone offer some insight:

i have a 35 page report. each page consists of 14 graphs on the main report plus a text subreport plus another subreport containing two graphs.

acviewpreview works fine
acviewnormal works fine

when i outputto snapshot format, everything works fine EXCEPT the subreport containing two graphs... it just doesn't show up.

thanks for any suggestions.
