Blank page on report

Hi! I have created a crosstab report that contains two pages. The second page may be blank depending on the number of records. I am wondering if there is a way to hide the second page of the report when it is blank. Or, Is there a way I can set the printer to print only the first page when the seond page is blank.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

SHK.

Wink Blank Page in Report

I am only an amateur at access, however with my limited knowledge I will say that there are no blank pages with access reports.

If a report can fit on one page then you will get one page, if it takes ten pages to fit the report then you will get 10 pages.

1.
check the size of your page

2.
open the report with only a few lines of data (restrict by using a query)
then open the report in "print preview" and if the information is all on the first page then look down the bottom at "Page" and see if there are more that 1 page if so click to go to next page you will see what is printing on you next page. What can happen is you have extended a line or control to far on the horizontal plane.

Hope that was some help
