Hi,

I need to complete a statement for my customers, but have a problem with one of the fields. When the customer has made a withdrawal so that they then have a nil balance, £0.00 will not appear on the spreadsheet, it becomes blank instead. I really need to show £0.00 rather than a blank space.

Can anyone help?

Hi you have conditional Formatting on i.e. if cell is 0 then set everything to white
Just take this formatting off then your 0 values should appear
