ODBC login

Thanks in advance!

I have recently upgraded from Office 97 to Office 2003. What I have encounterd since the upgrade is when I import data from SQL 2000, each time I open the spreadsheet, it prompts me to enter the password before it will update the data. In '97, I did not get this prompt. Is there anyway to correct the problem in '03?
