I have a test.txt document that contains the following:

PRD712U1|Downloads the Call Center's UMD Dimensions
PRD713U1|Cc Evening Load Complete Status
PRD750U1|Drops Cc FKs before refresh of CC_USERS Automated Portion
PRD751U1|Refresh CC_USERS Automated Portion
PRD416U1|Watches for file EoarDlyControl.ctrl
PRD418U1|Removes control EoarDlyControl.ctrl file

I want to load this into excel with the PRD* info in one column and the "description" info in another column. Any help would be appreciated.
