Lock worksheet

Hi All,

I have a button on a worksheet that will lock the worksheet.

Following should also happen when file is locked (and ONLY for this file - not for other files that are open)

Disable all menus like edit, view etc except file
Disable all toolbars
Disable rightclick
Disable all manual shortcuts like ^C, ^V etc

Basically user should not be able to do any physical changes if sheet is locked.
