Excel 2003 & XML

I have two sets of DTD files for an application. The vendor has told us that they are the same, however, we have found some differences.

Does anyone know if Excel 2003 has any features that would allow me to compare the two files?

I am not very knowledgable about XML. DTDs, etc, but have a general understanding of it's components.

Any information is greatly appreciated.
