Website Creation

Okay, this is what I think I know so far. lol

I would like to use Frontpage to make the website. As I am told, with this program, a database can be appended "easily". Easily is always subjective though. Anyways, if I understand correctly, if I use the Frontpage and link the database using the Frontpage program then I don't need an ASP page in the background.

Would Excel or Access be the database to use?

Is this all true or do I have some errors in what I have been told.

Also, I believe that my server's OS is windows 2000, service pack 4. Will this pose a probelm with the IIS functionality?

btw, as far as programming experience, I have moderate experience with C++.

Thanks for the thoughts.
