I want to build and graph a chart in excel that takes the values bellow but I can not do it Can anyone help? Y and X values are integres, not percentage or dates.

The X values are dynamic; that is, they change.

Can you post a sample file, with your data table? It's a little hard to visualize how your data is set up. Thanks.
