run-time errors 32809 and 57121

I get them at run time in vba Excel 2002 on a workbook containing macros developed during one month. Any trial to Step or End the execution ends with an Excel general failure.
A Google search gives many answers to that question, but nowhere (F1, Walkenbach, ...) did I find a solution.

Would you have any idea where I could find any error number meaning ?
