Excel Error on data refresh to other workbooks.

I get an error message when I click 'Yes' to update the links in a Workbook...

Code:

Excel cannot complete this task with available resources. Choose less data or close other applications.

The error is produced from a series of VLOOKUPs I am using, but I do not have that many and it's looking at another Excel Workbook.

Any ideas why I get this and what, if anything I can do to get rid of it??

Can you give me a copy of the files? I have never had this error with out looking at it, I wouldnt know where to start

I have now had to find a work around and that was to drag the lookup data locally rather than use another workbook.
