each named range in ??? Ranges
I would like to print each named range in my sheet(1),

i cant find ranges for activesheet, activeworkbook... any help?

F3 Pastes a defined name into a formula.
SHIFT+F3 displays the Insert Function dialog box.
Actually F3 opens a dialog list of defined range names that may be pasted into the worksheet.

You can view and manage defined names by selecting the menu item: 'Insert->Name->Define...'
