Exporting to text

I regularly export data from an excel spreadsheet to a text file which is then imported to Access but find that there are a lot of double quotes in the text file which have to be manually deleted before i can import the file to my database. Is there anyway to stop this happening?? I'm sure it's something simple but I can't nail it!!

Thanks in advance!

Why the 2 steps?

Can't you just import directly into Access from Excel?
