code password problem

hi all,

i have a problem on the password which protect the vba code in excel, this code password is set by a guy which program it, i have the password, and i tried to make some modification on the code, but after finished i didnt remeber to protect it back, then i close and save it, then when i want to reopen, it asked me about the password, and i typed the old password it didnt work, what is going on. Thanks.

oh...iszit, even u have forgotten the password? Then setting a password for the code actually does not protect your code? since ppl can have solution to break in

Normally forums/message boards frown on posting any links to those kinds of sites or code to do that.

You can conduct your own search of the internet.
