Excel: Very small font in drop-down/combo box

Hi

How do I make the font size larger in my drop down box?
Am I missing something? I think I tried everything...

Once selected and put in the cell, the size is OK but in the drop box itself has very small font. It apparently does not track the font size from the column I am selecting from.

I am not a programmer, hope there is a way without writing severe code.

I can follow directions if code is necessary.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks in advance.

They only dropdowns/comboboxes you can change the font size of are ones created from the Control Toolbox or ones on a userform.

How have you created them?

Hi Norie,

I am using a technique I found on the web that worked OK except for the small font in the drop down... He called it "Using Validation"
Here is his thread:
http://spreadsheets.about.com/od/exc...xdropboxes.htm

Could you give me a bit more information on how to make it with the "Control Toolbox". I am not a programmer but I can navigate my way around with just a little direction.

Thanks - any help is appreciated.

Just goto View>Toolbars>Control Toolbox, click on the combobox icon and draw one on the worksheet.

I tried that Norie, But I needs it to be in a specific cell. I want the user to only be able to enter specific selections for that cell.
Thanks again.

Well I'm sorry to say you just can't do what you want using Data>Validation...
