How do I create a link from one cell to another cell that contains text including a hyperlink?

If i type =Links!$A$3 in a cell just gives me the text without the hyperlink.

The general idea is, that in one sheet, I have a series of reference hyperlinks to some websites, and from other shets, I link to these, so I only have to alter the adresse in one place, without having to change all 80 cells containing the hyperlink.

Howdy. Go to Insert > Hyperlinks. In the dialog box, on the left you will see "Place in this document". Click on it, select the worksheet on ther right, and then on the right (at the top) you can add the cell reference.
