Connect Excel to Oracleo

Hi all

I'm looking for a way to connect Excel to Oracle Applications so I can download and (hopefully) upload data again. I can't use ODBC, nor can I use a SQL Net connection. I think I can use the Apache server or Applications Web Server.

I'm planning to use VB, unless anyone can suggest a better idea?
