Hi, is this any use to you?

Private Sub CheckBox2_Click()
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
With Sheet2.CheckBox2
If .Value = True Then
Rows("30:59").EntireRow.Hidden = False
Else
Rows("30:59").EntireRow.Hidden = True
End If
End With
Sheet2.Range("A1").Select
End Sub
