Search for an elements value in a dynamic array.

Hi,

Attached is an excel spreadsheet with an array named "Test".

I would like to find out the value of "m" in a dynamic array with:
- relative positioning (not hardcoding row and column numbers)
- using no sub-array names
- using formula (not VB).

Is this possible?
