Help: Hyperlink picture -To- Hyperlink text

Hello Everyone,

Sorry if I confused anyone with the title but I have a problem that is taking me some time to solve.

A company sent me their data, and in that data there is a picture of an envelope that stores a person email address. I was wondering if it was possible to somehow take that hyperlink picture and turn into the email text, so it is valid with my database.
