Daily Accounts Spreadsheet

Hi,

My girlfirend is currently trying to set up a spreasheet that will allow her to check her bank balance on a daily basis. She has chosen these columns; Date, Withdrawn, Paid In, Cheque No., Balance. The idea is that she will start off with a balance, then when she either has money coming into her account or when she withdraws a certain amount of money, her balance will automatically update. All the data she will enter based will be on the status of her bank account, its not linked to a bank, just a way of keeping track of personal finances at home. I think its an "IF" statement or possibly using macros, but im not great with these in Excel. Any help would be great!

Kind Regards,

t1ish
