Me again, sorry I should have posted all my questions in one thread but I thought it might be easier to do it seperately.

My other question is:

1) If you do a print with 4 pages to 1 and if you want to do a header and footer, is there a way you can just do one header and footer or does it end up that you have 4 header and footers on the one page because you have put it 4 pages to 1 when you print it?
