It would be good to give some more detail of what you have for data layout, etc.

Check out Jon Peltier's Dynamic Charts.

I'm working on a program whereby I get my data from MS ACCESS AND THEN PASTE it onto MS EXCEL. Now, I'm doing the next part whereby I need to create a chart dynamically base on the data that's pasted in EXCEL.

I have attached the data that's in excel.

I appreciate all the help that I can get (:

What are the columns to be included in the chart

what do u mean by dynamic
(If u create a chart in excel for a specified range of cells ,then changes made to the cell values will be automatically reflected in the chart)

please be specific in what u really want!

If by dynamic, it is based on time, then use a master cell (on another worksheet) to change the end time (easier than the start time).

Without karthic_85's question answered, there isn't much to help with yet.
