I need a macro that will create a new module in another workbook and then insert code into that module, basically creating a new macro.

I also need this for a class module, and I need to insert code into the Workbook (Code).

Can't give you direct help, but there is a superb book by Stephen Bullen, et al, Professional Excel Development, which will guide you through the whole process, with classes also. The book is worth it for many other projects as well.
