yearly plan

Hi,

Can anyone tell me or sign post me in the right direction. I am looking to create a yearly plan of work that needs to be taking place in different locations, I need days of the week the date and the week number. and space to put down what work i need to do.

Is there any template currently existing in excel that i can utilise?
