Publish Excel Page to the Web ? ?

I've tried following directions for publishing a web page to the web, however when I view the page the formatting is removed - it's really quite ugly. Ha!

I would like to publish this: ALL Median Sale Prices For Orange County California Cities AND Areas 2007 vs. 2008 Monthly for Single Family Homes And Single Family Residences. which currently are .jpg images.

Is there a SIMPLE way of doing this and then updating the data to the published page - or as I suspect - I'm dreaming again?

I'd like to do the same thing with a MS Publisher document also.

Win XP Pro SP3
